Becoming A Cape Cod Summer Resident

Thinking of buying a second home on Cape Cod? There's lots of advice out there, but the best place to start is with a local realtor.  Most second homeowners know just where they want to buy; if that's you, check out a realtor in the town or call the local chamber of commerce.  The Cape and Islands Association of Realtors is another good place to start.
