Who We Are
CapeCod SummerResidents.com
began with the realization that even though more
than half of all housing units on Cape Cod are
second homes --- seasonal, vacation or rental
--- there wasn't a single place where the owners
of those homes could find comprehensive
information directed to their needs.
The result was this website,
featuring an aggregation of information, data
and features aimed at the summer resident and
second homeowner. Simple, direct, easy to
use, the site is designed as a conduit to everything
summer residents need to know, anytime of the
year.
Produced entirely by Cape
Codders, the site is dedicated to serving the
needs of current second homeowners and those
thinking of becoming second homeowners.
Officially launched July 4, 2007, we're always
working to improve the site --- please
let us know how we
can make it better!
